Orders will be sent via Australia Post (tracked) unless otherwise stated.
If our website does not calculate shipping costs to your country, please contact us to rectify.
Custom Fees and taxes for International orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery may take 2-4 weeks via Australia Post. (GUIDE ONLY - we can not be held responsible for any post delays

A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched. You may need to check your "junk" mail.
Starfish Babes does not accept any responsibility for damaged, delayed delivery, or missing mail once it has left our care.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Customers may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for full refund (cost of item only).
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Starfish Babes at the buyers expense.
We do not refund any shipping costs of the item, or the associated costs to return to us.
Refunds will be processed only when we receive the product back in new, unused condition.
